Our Technical Resources Services are all about our people. We have security-cleared field engineers who can be booked via our ITSM platform for existing contracts, or through our team of Account Managers.

Our team works hard to accommodate full-time resources on customer sites, as well as short-notice requests to cover illness or holidays, fill resource gaps or provide additional support during projects.

Tech Bar

Our Tech Bar service provides security-cleared engineers working on customer sites alongside customers’ IT teams, or in place of them. With on-site resources, our engineers can address end-user issues as soon as they arise, and face-to-face support reduces downtime.

Tech Bar services are commonly contracted for extended periods, allowing engineers to align closely with customers’ teams. This provides first-hand experience of customers’ processes and protocols, and helps build strong relationships with customer staff.

Ad Hoc On-Site Engineer Visits

We have engineers with a range of security clearance levels, from BPSS to DV, who can attend ad hoc on-site visits to run clinics or fill resource gaps for one- or two-day requirements (or longer).

We make every attempt to accommodate ad hoc requests at short notice. Resource bookings can be made via our ITSM portal or through Account Managers.

Our team of security-cleared engineers can provide project-based support for refresh or upgrade projects as needed, keeping end users on fully supported operating systems and devices.

With engineers across the UK, we can support projects with aggressive timescales and challenging geographic locations.

In addition to engineering resources, we have project management resources available to plan and oversee projects. We’re also happy to work under partners’ or end customers’ in-house project management teams.
