Using secure tracking, we always know where packages are. We can also give users the flexibility to change drop-off locations or delivery dates to fit their plans.

When employees leave the business, or when devices develop issues, we can collect devices directly from end users’ homes or from your offices—whichever you prefer—using a secure tracked service.

Devices are returned to our facilities, tracked and asset-managed through every step. We then secure the data by wiping the device, ensuring any data held on it cannot be accessed and the device cannot be used to gain malicious access to your network. Depending on its condition, we then rebuild, repurpose, recycle or resell the device.

For home collections, we liaise directly with users to ensure the process is seamless and convenient.

This service reduces the risk of devices being lost after an employee leaves and helps ensure unreturned devices cannot be used with malicious intent.

Break Fix

If devices need to be returned due to technical issues, we liaise directly with users to arrange delivery of a replacement device at the same time as collecting the faulty device, ensuring the users downtime is minimised.

The faulty device is collected via a secure tracking service and on arrival at our facilities it is asset-managed and triaged. We then replace components where repair is viable and put back into stock for future use. If repairing the device is not an option, we securely wipe and recycle/resell the device.

Refresh, Replace & Repurpose

Our refresh service is purpose-built for those times when devices need updating, whether that’s hardware or the operating system.

The service can be provided as an add-on to our business-as-usual device lifecycle service, or as an independent project.

We send a replacement device via secure delivery at agreed dates and times, while collecting the old device at the same time. On arrival at our facilities, old devices are asset-managed, securely wiped, and then recycled, repurposed, resold or reused.

With increasing numbers of devices going missing across the UK each year, our Lost and Found service provides reassurance that devices can be returned easily via our support team.

Our anonymous drop-off service adds a significant layer of security, as anyone finding a lost device is less likely to be able to use it for malicious purposes.

Device Amnesty

Over time, device records can drift. Our Device Amnesty service gives you the opportunity to reset the clock, enabling staff to return devices so they can be properly wiped and processed—helping prevent old devices from being used to attempt malicious access to your corporate network.

Device amnesties can also lead to unexpected revenue, as previously unreturned devices are wiped and resold.

The Tialis SIM card management service is an add-on where we manage SIM stock levels and track allocation using our asset management system—so you always know who SIMs have been allocated to, when, and what remains in stock for future allocation.

Allocated SIMs are distributed to recipients via a secure delivery service.
